  19. New Changes to System • Added Seller Concession Field Y/N answer • Added change to system where Lockbox is automatically removed from a property when that property goes to Sold or Expired • Added Public Open House Time and Date field

  20. MLXchange Pro and Property Panorama • Launched January 19, 2009 • Regional Trainings held January 20-22 • 2,000+ agents attended trainings • Currently 2,570 Registered Pro Users • 1,991 Listings with a Property Panorama Tour • No additional cost to Brokers or Agents
