  20. GSA UNIVERSITYEducating The Industry

  21. What is the industry saying about GSA?

  22. “Next generation technology products have the potential to enhance the integrity of gaming and responsible practices. In addition to GSA, I would like to acknowledge the contribution that the Australian Gaming Technologies Association made to the G2S development effort.” Luke Freeman - Gaming Control Authority Manager Gaming Technology NSW, Australia

  23. "Oregon Lottery believes that open architectures and standardization are critical to the future of the gaming industry.  GSA membership gives the opportunity for gaming operators and manufacturers to participate and contribute to this vision." Cornell Balagot – Product Development Manager Oregon Lottery

  24. “IGT is committed to open standards and the G2S protocol.  Without the G2S protocol, the player window would not have been possible as the open standard that it is today.” Adrian Marcu – VP Architecture, IGT

  25. “Bally was charter member of GSA, and we’re pleased with the focus on standards that the organization continues to demonstrate.  The G2S standard is groundbreaking. One of the concrete benefits to our organization is that engineers are up to speed on the protocol 50% faster than with past protocols. This is due to the in-depth documentation, sample messaging and reference implementations that have been created as part of the protocol development effort.” Walt Eisele - VP Strategic Technologies, Bally Technologies

  26. "The Seminole’s Hard Rock Casino in Florida succeeded in large part due to a full scale implementation of GSA's S2S protocol." Lyle Bell, Seminole Gaming "MotorCity Casino Hotel supports the Gaming Standards Association and insists on standards in all its system related purchases! Without the guidance of GSA and its members the industry will proliferate chaos, not innovation." David Nehra, MotorCity Casino Hotel

  27. “WMS fully supports open standards that are core to the GSA mission and provides operators the freedom to choose the best solution for their operations. These new standards and protocols enable WMS to provide exciting new enterprise technologies and player experiences across the gaming floor today and in the future.” Rob Siemasko, VP Product Development

  28. KEY GOALS 2010 • Focus on the operators community • Focus on and support regulators • Expand the certification program • Expand GSA standard’s functionality to address industry requirements • Position GSA as the international recognized standard setting organization • Expand GSA’s global educational program • Ensure that GSA is governed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
