AGENCIAS PRIVADAS DE EMPLEO INFRACCIONES GRAVES: Incumplimiento de obligaciones: • Inscripción en la forma y plazos • Comunicación del movimiento de mano de obra (mercado de trabajo) INFRACCIONES MUY GRAVES: • Ejercer actividades en el mercado de trabajo sin contar con el registro • Colocación de menores trabajadores

INTERMEDIACION LABORAL INFRACCIONES DE LAS EMPRESAS INFRACCIONES GRAVES: Incumplimiento de obligaciones: • Inscripción en los plazos y con los requisitos • No comunicar la información relacionada con las actividades que realiza • No formalizar los contratos de locación de servicios (usuarias) • No registrar los contratos suscritos con los trabajadores destacados

  4. … INTERMEDIACION LABORAL INFRACCIONES MUY GRAVES: • Ejercer actividades sin encontrarse registrado. • No tener el registro vigente • Ejercer actividades en ámbitos no autorizados • No prestar actividades exclusivas de intermediación laboral • No conceder la garantía por las obligaciones laborales y seguridad social de los trabajadores destacados • Proporcionar al MTPE información o documentos falsos • Tener registro fraudulento

INFRACCIONES DE LAS USUARIAS INFRACCIONES GRAVES: • No formalizar por escrito los contratos de locación de servicios INFRACCIONES MUY GRAVES: • Exceder los límites porcentuales • Ocupación de los trabajadores en supuestos prohibidos • Cesión a otra empresa de trabajadores destacados • Contratar con una empresa sin autorización
