What the MEDCOM Buys Medical Equipment Medical Supplies Medical Equipment Procurement, Maintenance, and Repair Durable Medical Supplies Lab Reagents Stents, Implants, Prosthetics Most medical supplies and equipment are provided by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) through Prime Vendor contracts. The Medical Command contracting offices are secondary sources and normally only purchase those items not available from the Prime Vendors. Slide 09 of 18
