  2. What Is Air Pollution • Air Pollution is all around us in the air we breath. • It is when we have harmed our most valuable resource to the point at witch we might not be able to use it.

  3. Causes Of Air Pollution • Air Pollution is caused when harmful gasses such as Carbon Dioxide and Nitrogen our released into the air by human interference. • This can be cause by: • Cars • Factories • Homes • Ect…

  4. Things That Have Been Done • As a country we have done very little. • Among these thing we have: • Executive Order 13514, when Obama signed a law saying the EPA should do al in its power to stop the harmful release of Green House gasses into our environment.

  5. As A People • As a people we have done things such as: • Ride or Walk to places instead of driving. • Conserve heat and electricity.

  6. As A People • As a people we could: • Be less dependent on fossil fuels • Try harder to take shorter showers • Use the heat in our homes less • Be less dependent on foreign products

  7. As A Country • As a Country we could: • Partition away money for creating air filters for factories and cars. • Instate laws that require these filters and other precautions.

  8. What It Can Do • Air pollution causes: • Green House Effect • Causes climate change and an increase in temperature. • Ozone depletion • Can Cause drastic harm to our planet by creating holes in our atmosphere. • Acid Rain • Kills fish and decreases the Phlevels of waters killing all types of organisms.
