Ingredients • This dish takes:-Lamb (1 kg)-Carrots (½ kg)-Beans (½ kg)-Onions (0,400 kg)-Cauliflower (a cauliflower)-Leek white (4)-Garlic (2 cloves)-Beef Broth (a glass)-Oil (3 tablespoons)-Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)-Thyme (1 tablespoon) -Rosemary (1 tablespoon)-Kümmel (1 tablespoon)-Tomato paste (1 tablespoon) xai

Steps for preparing Irish stew • 1· Wash and cut onions into moderate size chunks and add to the pot.2· Wash carrots and cut into chunks.3· Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut each one in half.4· Slice the meat into smaller pieces. 5· Get a large pot and fill it with water. Add the potatoes and meat.6· Heat pot until water boils then add carrots and onions.7· Keep on a low boil, then until vegetables are cooked.8· Serve hot!
