Stone Age day. Finding a mammoth. Finding a mammoth was average because it was fun…. t hat we got to find fur. But not fun when we had to walk up a really big hill…. and the trees were poking you. We saw some bison. . They were really scary. Some of them got a little bit close to us.

  1. Stone Age day

  2. Finding a mammoth Finding a mammoth was average because it was fun…

  3. that we got to find fur.

  4. But not fun when we had to walk up a really big hill…

  5. and the trees were poking you.

  6. We saw some bison.

  7. They were really scary.

  8. Some of them got a little bit close to us.

  9. But we had to be really quiet when we went…

  10. past so we were safe.

  11. When we got up the last piece of the hill…

  12. Mammoth we found the mammoth and we had some photos with it.

  13. After that we went back.

  14. and had a drink and afternoon tea.

  15. Skinning and gutting a rabbit. Skinning and gutting a rabbit was really gross but sort of fun.

  16. We had to snap its leg off to pull off its skin.

  17. I pulled out the first part of it and that was part of its guts.

  18. Then Oliver pulled off its head.

  19. Then it was Nick’s turn, Oliver’s turn, Olivia’s turn, Brandyn’s turn and then my turn again.

  20. I got to feel its bones and spine.

  21. I pulled out a piece of its connection to its heart.

  22. At the end of that, there was a big pile of rabbit insides.

  23. Making a fire Making a fire was terrible because we had to go find the wood and all the trees poked you. On the way back, we had to carry lots of wood..

  24. Then when we made the fire, all the smoke got in my eyes.

  25. We had to eat rabbit which was quite nice. It tasted like chicken.

  26. We had to cook our rabbit on a net because it was too hard to cook in our fire.

  27. Spear throwing Spear throwing was really fun. I only hit the woolly mammoth and the wolverine and I was close to hitting the bison.

  28. because you got to throw these weird plastic pointy things and you had to hit a woolly mammoth, a wolverine and something else but I forgot what it was called.

  29. Then we had a moving target which was a bison I think.

  30. I only hit the woolly mammoth and the wolverine and I was close at hitting the bison.
