  12. Expectations of Parents • Check/sign agenda • Communication through agenda if possible • Try to have permission slips returned promptly • Be open and honest

  15. Before and After School • Starts at 7:00 am • Ends at 5:30 pm • $2 per hour • If students are in the school before school starts at 8:35 am or outside after 3:45 they need to be supervised by an adult. • Grade 5 class is let in at 8:50 am

  16. Drop Off/Picking -Up • Safety first • Between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, please do not enter the school yard from the Adele Street entrance (for staff, deliveries, and emergency vehicles) • Please use the roped off area which is connected by the back lane off Arlington Street

  17. Absences/Lates/Indoor Recess • Please call to let us know student will not be in • If student is late (after 9:00), have to report to the office first • Only children with a doctor’s note will be allowed to stay indoors for recess • Rain or extremely high wind chill factor

  18. Pizza Lunch Days • Due to renovations • Order is done on Tuesday • Pizza delivered on Thursday • Need 48 hour notice • $2.00 per slice • $0.50 per juice box • $0.75 per potato chips
