The pharmexx pledge • We at pharmexx Canada pledge to Recruit, hire and retain the best available candidate for your program – we won’t go second best Meet the timelines we have agreed upon – providing timely feedback on recruitment, implementation and KPI reporting Establish clear communication channels so everybody in your team knows who to turn to Train every pharmexx employee working on your project on your values, processes or policies and ensure they are respected and followed Achieve the Key performance indicators set out at the beginning of a project – for example sales targets, expense budgets or call objectives Coach our representatives to ensure effective pre-call planning, product knowledge, delivery of core messages as well as on time call reporting Make your pharmexx experience a great one!
