  2. The Student’s Schedule Detailed course information like Dates, times and durations for each student’s courses can give you many new options in the Trac system.

  3. These Options include… • Block a Student from visiting if they are supposed to be in class at that time • Allow a Student to attend class if they are supposed to be in this class at that time • Give access to the Student Schedule in the Trac System.

  4. Student’s Class Schedule • Found in the Student Record under the Class Schedule Tab • New Feature added this year • Added new scheduling options for Students and Consultants

  5. Why Use it? A one stop area to view a student’s • Upcoming Appointments • Registered Class time • Create other scheduling options like study time and personal time. • Allows student/staff to create a learning plan for not just Trac Appointments but also other learning opportunities
