  1. Couponing for Beginners CIA Coupon Spy A Power Point Presentation Guiding You Every Step Of The Way!

  2. Why use Coupons As the prices of goods keeps on the rise year after year, we are force to spend a great deal of money just to buy basic necessities, leaving us with barely any money to buy the things we want. Having a big family, our weekly grocery bill was around $250.00. It wasn’t until a friend of mine introduce me to couponing. At the beginning it was really hard, since I didn’t knew about all the rules, and everything seamed so confusing. My friend took me shopping with her, and showed me how to use the coupons. I was amaze at how much groceries we had for so little money. I made it a priority to learn. And we are know passing this knowledge to you. Another place you can also ask question is in the CIA Coupon Spy Chat Room, pleaseask questions, because the more questions you ask the more you can learn. We can all agree, that saving half or more of your regular shopping trip, is so worth it. Using Coupons is the way to go!

  3. Inserts are coupon books, that are found inside your local News paper usually on Sundays. The 1st picture shows a P&G Insert, the 2nd picture shows a Smart Source Insert, and the 3rd picture shows a Redplum insert.

  4. Becoming coupon friendly • Inserts has many manufacture coupons, those coupons can be use in many stores such as Publix, Kroger, Walmart, even pharmacies like Walgreens, CVS, Dollar Stores and many more. • Get to know the coupons, by looking for the Expiration date, how many of the same coupons you can use (for example: if it says limit 4 like coupons on the same transaction). • If the coupon States only 4 like in the same transaction, then that means that you can only use 4 of those same coupons under that purchase. • Some coupons states one coupon per item, which means if you are buying multiple items you will need a coupon for each items. • Also if the coupon states “ One coupon per customer per day” then you can only use 1 of the same coupon on that store that day. • It is very important to follow all the rules stated in your coupon, as to the expiration date, whether or not the item that you are purchasing is the right size, and quantity, and can you buy multiple items at the same time using the same kind of coupons.

  5. If you have a coupon like this one below, you will need to purchase 2 Pampers Baby wipes of 60 count each in order to use this coupon.

  6. Getting to know your Coupon As we can see this coupon states “DO NOT DOUBLE” That means, that if your store allows doubling of a single coupon (making it $2.00 instead of $1.00) they are not allow to do so, and the Manufacture will not refund the store, if the store doubles the coupon. Can you use a Store coupon with this coupon? Yes, you are allow to use this coupon with a store coupon.

  7. Maximizing your savings Lets say you have this awesome store coupon, and you happen to have a manufacture coupon for the Tide Detergent, and another Manufacture coupon for the Bounty Napkins. Question can you use the manufacture coupon with this store coupon? Yes, you can use the manufacture coupons, and this store coupon, as long as your store allows it.

  8. Buy One Get One Free! Stores like Publix has Buy ONE Get one FREE sales. If you store allows it, you may use a manufacture coupon on each item including the one you are getting FREE that is a huge discount. In addition to that if the store has a store coupon you may use that coupon as well. An example will be, lets say that the store is having the Truvia Sugar BOGO $6.00 and you have (2) manufacture coupons for $2.00 off when you buy1, also the store has a store coupon for $1.00 off when you buy 1. Well you can use (2) $2.00 off manufacture, and (2) $1.00 off store and get the Truvia sugar for Free!

  9. How to Organize your coupons or Inserts Getting Organized, as soon as you start to gather your first inserts is very important, as by doing this will help make your shopping trip more efficient and less stressful by finding each coupon needed. How many newspaper should you buy? 2 per family member There are many methods to get organized, some people use a binder to organize their coupons, while others use a file cabinet to store their inserts and date them for future use, the database provided on our website helps locate the coupons by date and insert. It all depends as what is easier for you.

  10. StoreCoupons • Getting to know store coupons is very important as it will come in handy when matching sales. • Some store accept competitor coupons ( Store coupons are consider competitor coupons). You can call your store or ask the manager to see if they accept competitor store coupons, and which one do they accept. As you can see at the top of these coupons does not say manufacture, instead they have a company name such as BJ, Walgreens, and Publix these coupons are store coupons.

  11. How to maximize your shopping using less money • Coupons helps you save money, but only when you plan the right way, You want to hold on those coupons for when you see a good sale. When do you know is a good sale? • For example: You usually pay $5.99 for a 12 pack of Coca Cola, but today is on sale 3 for $11.00 that’s like $3.67 each, but if you have a coupon for $1.00 each 12 pack, that will come out to as little as $2.67 each 12 pack. A savings of $3.32 x 3 pack = $9.96 now that’s savings! • By using coupons the right way you will be able to save 50% or more on your shopping trips. • Also, planning ahead is a must, by looking at the store sales preview provided at by Ciacouponspy you can make a list of products you need and the coupons to go with it, that way by the time the sales are on you can shop with ease.

  12. Combining Coupons • You are browsing through the store, and you see that they have the Cottonelle Toilet Paper on sale for $5.00 and you happen to have a $0.75 Manufacture coupon as well a $1.00 Store coupon this is an example of stacking coupons in order to get that product for a lot less than what you normally would pay for. This is an example of combining coupons. The store ad has the Cottonelle Bathroom tissue on sale. It indicates that they have a store coupon. You also have a manufacture coupon for the same product. Now you can use both the store coupon and the Manufacture coupon to get the Cottonelle for just $3.25 that’s what I call savings.

  13. If you are buying the paper always buy it by 2’s, since you will need 2 of the same coupon for Items that are on BOGO sale!
