  2. The power of belief/trust As we are learning to use different weapons, we will found out experience will make a big difference. The more you use the blood or the Word of God, the more you will have experience of what word to use when. Now learning about the blood or learning the blood by heart is one think, we will need to believe on the blood, and the power of that word. The problem of unbelief in the body of Christ is more than common. Since people do not take time to study the word of God and meditate on it. People will get use to formula prayers that they will keep repeating. It takes time for the word to produce a fruit in our spirit and to work in you. 1 Thessalonians 2:13 New International Version (NIV) 13 And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe. Hebrews 11:6 New International Version (NIV) 6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. The blood of Jesus, the Word of God work when you believe in who you are, what you are saying and what you are expecting. If you have unbelief, you will be easily discouraged. The meditation and the study of the word are continual in your Christian life; they will not be limited to a church activity. You have to study what is the appropriate word but meditate in order to grasp the power release though that word.

  3. Example : practice of psalm 118 Example: you are facing a lot of difficulties coming from many sides; as you ponder you are given a particular scripture or a passage in the bible. Let’s say psalm 118. As you read some of the verses are highlighted in your mind and you receive a revelation to use them. 10:All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of the Lord I cut them down.11 They surrounded me on every side, but in the name of the Lord I cut them down.12 They swarmed around me like bees, but they were consumed as quickly as burning thorns; in the name of the Lord I cut them down. As you are reading, you have to believe that this weapon that you are using is the one God has given you. You start praying with that word and acting in the Word. As you are saying I cut them down, you join the gestures. The declaration you are making in the spirit are not only statements they are impacting the spiritual realm and breaking the power of the spirit behind the problem. You can combine 2, 3 scriptures that you know to the one you are reading and use them for warfare. By your belief, you declare words taking their source from the scriptures and doing damages in the spiritual realm. In the deliverance ministry, if you do not believe in the work you are doing you will not be able to crry the workload.

  4. The power of agreement Your private prayer time is important but praying also with a partner help your prayer to be more effective. Matthew 18:19-20 New International Version (NIV) 19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” The word “agree” means to be in accord, in harmony, or to make one mind. We have the example of Jesus who was always in agreement with His Father. He will do what he sees his father do or instruct. You have to find partners who can be persistent until you see results; who will agree with the way God has shown you how to pray. Acts 16:25-26 New International Version (NIV) 25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose. Corporate prayers have tremendous results, as we are praying as a body, our prayers are answered.

  5. The power of knowledge You will find out in warfare, you will fight better when you know who you are fighting. When the bible talks about our weapon been carnal. That does not mean that we do not have to know who are the enemy and what power he is using. Take on yourself the task to know better your enemy in order to know how to fight. God can give you supernatural knowledge through the Word of knowledge, prophecy (knowing the future), the spirit of knowing and spirit of revelation. the prophecy of one whose eye sees clearly, Numbers 24:16 16 the prophecy of one who hears the words of God, who has knowledge from the Most High, who sees a vision from the Almighty, who falls prostrate, and whose eyes are opened: Some men of God are anointed with divine knowledge and that will help them during warfare. We need to seek more the infilling of the Holy Spirit to receive the same as well. A part from this knowledge, every Christian need knowledge in order to face some warfare. I usually advise to look for information on your background, the name of your family…. Some stronghold are hidden in the Name of the person, some in his bloodline, some through a covenant by looking the Holy Spirit will bring you to the source of the problem. Instead of cutting the leaves, you could uproot the evil tree and be free forever.

Family tree and history importance Genesis 1:11 And God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth”; and it was so. This is a natural and spiritual law. In order to study a case of deliverance you need background information.

  7. PRAYER POINTS 1. PSALM 11:3 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any family tree in my foundation, where I and my family members’ destinies have been buried through evil pronouncements, I command the Angels of God to uproot them by fire, in Jesus Name, Amen. 2. REVELATION 22:16 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any demonic, satanic and occultic root of evil tree planted by my fore-fathers in my foundation, I command the Angels of God to uproot that evil root, in Jesus Name, Amen. 3. GENESIS 35:4 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any high evil tree where a strongman or strongwoman in my family has buried our talents, our destinies, our future, etc, I command the Angels in charge of the Four winds of heaven to use violent wind from the Lord to uproot them, in Jesus Name, Amen 4. JUDGES 9:8-9 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any group of evil trees where I and my family member’s names are being mentioned for failure, poverty, shame, sickness, etc. let the trees wither and dry from their roots, in Jesus Name, Amen. 5. EZEKIEL 17:24 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, group of satanic and demonic high trees where our pictures, our personal effects, our names and body parts are being used for evil incantations and divinations, I release the Fire of Heaven upon those trees, and let them burn to ashes, in Jesus Name, Amen. 6. JOB 40:21 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, shady trees where evil men and women are conducting demonic blood sacrifices against our destinies and well-being, I use the Blood of Jesus to cancel and nullify the blood divinations and enchantments, and let the trees be uprooted by Holy Ghost Fire, in Jesus Name, Amen 7. JOHN 12:13 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any where they are using branches of any tree for evil divination and enchantment against I and my family members’ well-being, our health, our destiny, etc let them harvest their evil pronouncements, in Jesus Name, Amen. 8. ISAIAH 56:3 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, all those who use altars of dry tree as an instrument of warfare against us, let them die by fire, in Jesus Name, Amen. 9. MATTHEW 15:13 – Oh Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any tree in my foundation, my life, my dwelling place, my business premises, etc. that God did not plant, let them be uprooted from their roots and be consumed by Holy Ghost fire, in Jesus Name, Amen. 10. MARK 8:24 – O’ Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any evil man or woman that is a tree of hindrance in my life, my family or that of my children, let the Angels of God uproot and destroy them, in Jesus Name, Amen. 11. LUKE 6:44 – O’ Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any tree of thorns or affliction operating in our lives, let the fire of heaven consume them, in Jesus Name, Amen. 12. DEUTERONOMY 29:18 – O’ Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, any bitter trees in my life and family, let them wither from their roots and be destroyed, in Jesus Name, Amen. 13. PSALM 92:12 – O’ Lord my God, my Redeemer and Saviour, I thank and bless You because I and my family members are flourishing like the Palm Tree all the days of our lives, in Jesus Name, Amen
