  17. Divisional Rules Recap • ROSTER AND PLAYER PASSES • THEY ARE REQUIRED! No exceptions. • U8 ask the opposing coach to check each teams roster – prepare them for the next level AND to make sure they are registered with VSA so that all the available insurance coverage is in place • SCHEDULE • All Schedules are final – only permissible reschedule is due to State Cup Finals • Cancellation Policy

  18. VSL – VSA Merger Objectives Behind Possible Merger: • Eliminate redundancy of administration. • The goal is to have full-time rather than volunteer staff available to help organize and manage the league. Considerations are costs for professionals and board representation for clubs. • Similar team and player registration process, entry and rosters go to one location. • Improved recruitment/training/supply of referees. • Economy of running the combined programs. Process: • Currently nothing in the Bylaws allow this to happen. Goal is to draft revisions and ask clubs to vote via e-mail on Bylaw change. This Season: Nothing will change, the idea is to have this in place for the 2014 season
