Inauguration of SGSY Kaushal Institute • Inauguration Ceremony - 19 February 2009 in Town Hall, Bharatpur • This programme was graced by :- Divisional Commissioner - Shri Rajendra Bhanvat District Collector - Shri. Hemant Gera Project Director SGSY - Shri. Pankaj Agarwal Executive Director LHWRF - Shri. SitaRam Gupta Chief Programme Manager LHWRF - Col.(Retd.) Murli Nair CEO, Bharatpur - Shri. P.C. Meena Participation :- BPL youths of all 6 districts

Publicity of Project • Published news in national level news papers. • Distribution of pamphlets at village level Documentary Film :- Documentary film on SGSY “Kaushal Institute” is under preparation Road Show :- • Various Road show being organized for effective publicity of programme • Pamphlets and registration forms distributed during the road show • Forms to be filled up at the spot during road show. • Announcement of project detail in regular interval • A documentary of SGSY and other related CD’s displayed during the road show Publicity Van :- A Publicity van with Television ,VCD and sound system and covered with Banners will run in all 6 districts for publicity .

Short listing of candidates • Commencement of short listing of the candidates - 15th july 09 • Completion of 1st Phase of short listing in all 6 districts - 20th August2009 • Short listing procedure:- • Organized various camps in all 6 districts for short listing of candidates in regular interval. • Informed maximum BPL youths before organize the camp for short listing through news paper, Lupin Gram Vikas Panchayat & District administration. • Information to district collector, CEO etc. regarding the camps for short listing.

Detail of training centers District wise detail of training centers :- Bharatpur district - 02 Alwar district - 01 Karauli - 01 Dholpur - 01 Dausa - 01 Swaimadhopur - 01 Total centers opened in 6 districts – 07 • 01 training center commenced at Kumher block of Bharatpur district from 23.7.2009 • 2nd training center to start at Alwar district from 20.8.2009 • 3rd training center to start at Dholpur district from- 24.8.2009 • 4th training center to start at Nadbai block of Bharatpur district from 24.8.09 Remaining training centers under process of commencement . Status of training centers :-

  7. Status of Kumher Training Center Organization has successfully started 1st training in Kumher block of Bharatpur district. Detail of training center is as follows: • Short listing of candidates - 15,16,17 July 2009 • Commencement of training programme - 23 July 2009 • Total no of trainees - 100 • Training Duration - 30 Days • On Job Training - 15 Days • Completion of training programme - 23 August 2009 • On Job training will start - 25 August 2009 • Placement of 1st batch - Second week of September 2009

Status of Kumher Training center • Fully residential training programme free of cost. • Based on high technique through LCD. • Intensive practical and theoretical classes organized during training. • Appoint Experienced Ex. Serviceman from army master trainer to train youths. • Well designed syllabus for training. • High technique equipments in training programme. • Soft skill and computer trainings to trainees. • Comfortable stay arrangements to all trainees free of cost.

Training Module Intensive practical and theoretical classes organized during training Program Following subject will cover in training programme :- - Introduction of Indian Security Industry - Duties and Responsibilities of security personnel - Material flow management - Maintenance of Records - Escort Duty - Control of access to a site - ATM management - Fire Fighting and fire safety - Soft skill - Emergency (flood and terrorist attack) - Etiquettes and Manners - Bomb threat and evacuation procedure - Physical Training and practical drill

Cont… • Comfortable sitting arrangements to all trainees. • Distribute timely quality tea , Breakfast Lunch and Dinner for all trainees. • Provided first aid box. • Distributed T-Shirt and training uniform to all trainees. • Distributed stationary to all trainees. • Established model Room cum Computer lab. • Mannequin displayed. • Charts and various subjects related to security. • Fire fighting and first aid display.

Documentation • Collection of necessary documents of each trainee. • Separate file of each trainee to maintain proper record. • A separate wing to look after the accounting system and other records • Daily Attendance of the trainees • Daily reporting to the headquarter • Value Addition • Insurance of all trainees during the training period during the training period for:- • Death • Injury/loss of limbs • Hospitalization

  12. Tie up with Companies • Tie ups for placement with FREE ACCOMODATION. • 50% of the COST OF DRESS will have to deposit in advance and rest will be deducted from monthly salary. • Traveling will be reimbursed after one month completion of job. • Subsidy in mess / food as per company rule. • Salary structure minimum Rs. 4000-6000 per month. Confirmation of requirement from following international/national level companies • TOPS - Gurgaon/New Delhi • CHECKMATE - Bangalore • SISA GROUP - Any where in India • WALSUN SECURATAS - Any where in India / abroad

Web Site • A web site development is nearing completion and will be hosted thereafter with the name www.lupinkaushal.org . • In Future all the information of training as well as placement will be on site with their details. • All physical and financial up-dation will also be on site after approval of the committee. • News letters related to Kaushal institute will be the part of sit for regular updation with still photos and video footage.

  15. Outcome • 12000 beneficiaries from 6 project districts will be trained and 75% will be made employable in the different industries / companies . It will not only reduce the poverty. • Organization will try to employ all trainees through placement ,in case it does not happen ,25% youth will be able to start their income generation activities, with Government scheme or with Lupin’s financial assistance.
