  6. Paid donation: Against • Human life is not for sale • Donors: the altruistic driving force • Paid donation ends in tragedy • Respect of autonomy to sell his/ her kidney? Hypocrisy! • A few £££ will not save truly vulnerable people • Destroy for ever the miracle/ gift of transplantation
