Customer Objective: Ensure solutions have an enterprise focus and that customers and stakeholders can benefit from (avoiding stove-piping). Learning & Growth Objective: Increased Competency in: Facilitation Skills. Understanding of EPA Program Offices. EA Skills. Resource Objective: Adequate resources ($, time, people) to maintain workshops. Adequate resources to develop and grow knowledge centers. Leverage and grow a “toolbox.”
