  2. We are experts in representing your interests in conjunction with your EEOICPA Part B, Special Exposure Cohort (SEC) or NIOSH claim, and your Part E toxic exposure claim for the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA).  

  3. We represent clients and visit many different Department of Energy (DOE) locations though out the United States to educate employees and their survivors of the EEOICPA.  Some of the locations we visit are shown below, but we visit and represent all DOE and vendor locations.

  4. As your Authorized Representative (AR), we will collect the necessary evidence, prepare and present your claim to the Department of Labor (DOL) and act on your behalf before the DOL .  There is a time limit for development of your claim, and if you miss those time requirements, your claim may be denied.
