  1. The Delaware Army National Guardand Have teamed up to offer Motorcycles Riders Safety Training FREE of charge to all Army Guard Members. The Beginner Riders Course is a 25 hr course where students learn to ride a mid-weight motorcycle. The classes will be taught on a Thursday and Friday night 5:30 to 8:30 and then 08:00 to 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday all summer long. We also offer a 8hr Skilled Riders Course for those who already have a Motorcycle license and Motorcycle. These courses use the proven curriculum of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s (MSF). Upon completion of the course, students will earn a completion card from the MSF this may assist you in getting possible discounts on insurance and your motorcycle license. Because the more you know about the road, the more it has to offer. There is a better rider in all of us. No matter how long you’ve been riding.
