  2. Centraal In de centrale variant is de RUD beheerder van processen en informatie. De gemeentenvormennog steeds het loket. Daarnaast is erwelinformatieuitwisseling met gemeenten en provincies.   3. Decentraal In de decentrale variant lopen de processen en de informatiedeels via de gemeenten en deels in de RUD. De informatieblijftbinnen de gemeente / provincies en wordtgeraadpleegd door de RUD. Loket is en blijftgemeente.
