  1. How to Apply Spandage: Lower Torso/Pelvic Region, Perineal area 1 2 3 Start with 24” to 30” piece of Spandage. In the center of the piece cut a 4” hole on ONE SIDE. Notice how the hole is cut on just one side of the piece of Spandage. It Is also in the center of the piece. Stretch the entire piece of Spandage. Hole on top Open End Open End 4 5 6 Tear the 4” hole to make it large enough to insert both legs. The open end of Spandage will be on each side of the hole. Pull the full brief up over the legs. How to Apply Spandage: Abdomen, Buttocks, Hip or Thigh 3 1 2 Start with a sizeable 30” to 36” length Insert one leg into opening Stretch Spandage with your arms. 4 6 6 5 Once pulled to top of the leg, stretch Spandage all the way across to the opposite hip. Hold in place and tear a hole large enough to insert the opposite leg. Pull Spandage all way to top of the leg. Continued on Next Page
