Contexto institucional Consorcio JUBONES Cuenca Hidrográfica del Río Jubones en el sur occidente del Ecuador: 4353 Km2 Integran territorios de : 3 provincias 12 municipios 22 parroquias Conformada por 9 afluentes (subcuencas) De sus RR.NN. aprovechan ½ millón de ciudadanas /os PROPONGAMOS – CONCERTEMOS Y ACTUEMOS YA..!
