  3. MBF model is fitted… • to ROI curves drawn on LV cavity (“lv”) and on entire myocardial tissue surrounding the cavity (“whole”) to estimate virtual arterial blood concentration, CA(t) • To smaller myocardial ROIs using CA(t) as model input.
