  5. COACHES MEETING AND REGISTRATION • Team Registrations Veterans Park Pavilion –  3101 Harvey Rd. College Station, TX. 77845 • Thursday, Oct. 3rd 3pm – 6:30pm • Pick up wristband credentials, review athlete events, provide scratches • Late Registration – Friday, Oct. 4th AM Veterans Park Bocce Headquarters • Coaches meeting and sport break out meetings Veterans Park Pavilion –  3101 Harvey Rd. College Station, TX. 77845 • Thursday, Oct. 3rd 7pm – 8:30pm • Review venues & schedules • Meet the medical team • Discuss safety protocols and risk management

  6. Lunch Saturday Oct. 4th • Bocce & Softball • Veterans Park Pavilion • Credentialed Athletes and Coaches will receive meals with ticket • 11:30am – 1:30pm • BBQ Link Sandwiches, Chips & Cookie • No gluten free options

OPENING CEREMONIES Opening Ceremonies & Dance DANCE DINNER • Dinner for credentials team personnel – 5:00pm – 7:00pm provided by Spirit Cookers • Dinner will be served outside in the Church parking lot • Opening Ceremonies & Dance will take place inside the gymnasium • Athlete Parade staging will be inside the church hallway beginning at 6:45pm • Opening Ceremonies will start at 7:15pm PARKING PARKING

  9. HEALTHY ATHLETES – WELLNESS PARK • Texas A&M Student Center • REC Rooms 1130 & 1134 • Open 10am – 4pm on Friday • Open 10am – 3pm on Saturday • Disciplines available • Healthy Hearing • Special Smiles • Health Promotions • Medfest (athlete medicals)

  11. ATHLETE VILLAGE Carnival • Veterans Park • Friday – 10am – 4pm • Saturday – 10am – 4pm • Activities will include: • Face Painting • Jenga • Corn Hole • Ladder Golf • Photo Booth • Pledge Wall

Bocce Schedule Thursday, October 3 Classification Friday, October 4 All Singles Half-Court and Ramp Singles Female Singles Male Saturday, October 5 BC Doubles BC Team BC Half Court Doubles Unified Half Court Unified Team Unified Doubles • Leslie Low Competition Director • Classifications Thursday at 1pm • The whole team has to be there with their coach for classification.  • Teams will be numbered as they check in and classify them on a first come first serve basis.

Aquatics • Randy Foederer Competition Director • Using Meter for distance • No outside food in the Natatorium • Athletes allowed to practice at 7:15am before competition kicks off • All the 25 meter development events will be in the main pool on the opposite end of regular events • Please aware of crowd maintenance to prevent cluster through hallways • No camping in stairwell, use seats or lobby area

Softball • Debbie Legg Competition Director • Thursday classifications begin at 1pm • Classification schedule will be posted about 1 week prior to competition • Unified and coach pitch teams will not be classified  • Individual skills will classify Friday and compete Saturday • Chill out Concessions will be open during competition

Golf • Dennis Wyatt Competition Director Thursday Oct. 17th • Coach registration at the Phillips Event Center upstairs clubhouse • 3:00pm – 6:00pm • 6:30pm Coach Meeting Friday Oct. 18th • 5:00pm Dinner, Opening Ceremonies & Dance upstairs at Phillips Event Center 8:00am Friday & Saturday competition start
