  9. Unaccompanied Minors 1. Arrival  Asylum procedure - Application Centre → Immigration Service (Ministry of Justice) - Procedure legal guardianship → Dutch Civil Code → Youth Court/ Council of Child Protection → Legal guardian  No asylum procedure UAM unidentified!

Residence Accommodation during asylum procedure (Convention on the Rights of the Child + Council Directive 2003/9/EC) - ≤ 12: Foster parents - 13-18: Assessment 3 months → what accommodation ‘B.I.C.’? - Potential VoT: Sheltered accommodation Asylum rejected → Permit minority? Yes: legal rights intact.
