  2. Read each sentence. Rewrite the sentences on your own paper. Circle the possessive noun in each sentence. Underline what is owned. When you are finished, use the down arrow to check your answers. • The teacher’s dog came for show and tell. • Billy’s cat came, too. • The cat scratched the dog’s nose. • Susie wanted to look at Billy’s ants. He told them that they were called workers. • Workers take care of the queen’s eggs. • They also hold another ant’s legs to make a bridge when climbing. • The coolest pet at show and tell was Kevin’s lizard.
