  1. Reduce Waist Size - How Can I Change My Diet? Everyone has a different relationship with food. Different factors in your life can change that relationship. Most people have some type of feeling they get when they eat food such as a comforting feeling or pleasurable feeling when they eat certain things. This can be a problem if you comfort yourself by eating to feel better rather than because your body is hungry. If you answer yes to any of the below questions you could have an unhealthy relationship with food. You eat even if you are not hungry - You feel bad when you eat certain foods that are high in calories - You eat when you are feeling lonely or stressed out - You stuff yourself with unhealthy foods when you are by yourself Let's now look at some possible reasons you may have answered yes to the above questions and how you can stop the bad habits that lead to them. Not being hungry but still eating is very common for people. There are many influences around us that cause us to eat when our body isn't telling us to. You may eat just because you are bored and it is something to do. You often eat when you are not hungry when you are in a social setting just because other people around you are eating lunch or dinner. You must know if you are eating due to you being hungry or if it is just because your friends or family is eating. Feeling bad about eating certain foods that are high in fat content is usually something our conscious is telling us not to do. You have been told that certain foods are bad because they lead to weight gain so you beat yourself up if you slip and eat something sweet. It's alright to eat something you love every once in awhile without feeling guilty. Exercise is vital not only for losing weight but also retaining the lean muscle tissue in your legs. When you lose weight you do not want the dreaded skinny fat appearance which will be a lot of cellulite you want tight and firm skin with a silky appearance. To achieve this focus on activities based around bodyweight squats, walking lunges, stair climbing, power walking and bike riding. Diet is important for losing fat so focus on eating the healthiest options possible.
