Welcome SI Sustainability Trainers Adobe Connect Forum 1: 9.30-10.30am 30 April • TODAY’S AGENDA: • Welcome and overview of agenda • Project Update – revised timetable, deadlines, what should be done by now • Project Plan – feedback overview, questions/ comments • Support – Roles (Lisa, Evelyn, Jeffrey, Paulis); Wiki & peer support; Sub groups & first F2F meeting. • Project Report – basis for F2F meeting discussions. Overview (Lisa); Sample case studies (Jeffrey). Final reports due – 25 June • Online program/ BSB sustainability units/ assessment (Evelyn) • Comments / where to from here.

PROJECT UPDATE – Deadlines/ what should be done by now • Key Deadlines: • 23 April – plans should all be in, • 30 April - individual feedback provided on all plans/ College Director sign off on your plan • Sub Gp Meeting 1 – (mid May) – mid term project reports in • 25 June – projects completed, final reports due. • by now you should have: • been contacted by Lisa or Evelyn to discuss progress • submitted your plan & received feedback • had your plan signed off by your College Director • had a look at the wiki and resources available on it • checked key dates • begun to establish support arrangements with other Sustainability Trainers in your industry area/ sub group – see sub group list on the wiki.
