  2. Conclusions • Repair Data Acceptance • Importance and complexity of the task given to the Repair Working Group was recognised • No major difficulties encountered by RWG • Well on track • Report expected by August 2003

  3. Conclusions • Fuel Tank Safety • Considerable effort of harmonisation between FAA and JAA • Data driven solutions • SSA review completed • Data in evaluation to determine the appropriate model-by-model balanced, common, and consistent solution

  4. Conclusions • Fuel Tank Safety (Cont’d) • FAA and JAA committed to continue ongoing communication with Industry. • Additional workshop with Industry, focused on continued operational safety/maintenance and training issues, may be organised if necessary.
