Who We Are • National Agency committed to saving lives • Motor Carrier: 500,000 trucking companies, 12,000 passenger carriers, 7 million CDL holders, and 1,100 federal employees • Commercial motor vehicle industry • Highly mobile, highly competitive, small business dominant • 85% of regulated carriers have fewer than 10 trucks or buses
