Social Preparation: • Profile candidate schools and shortlist these as TEAMM schools (in coordination with OEd, EQuALLS partners, DepEd Division Offices and a check on KCFI data base) • Meet with and close MOAs with local cable operators (for technical service) and LGUs (for safety and security of eqpmnt)
