  2. ALL 4 VALVES CLOSED RED BLUE USE LOW LOSS WHITE HOOKING UP GAUGES ON SUCTION AND DISCHARGE LINES

  3. ALL 4 VALVES CLOSED RED USE LOW LOSS BLUE RECEIVER WHITE HOOKING UP GAUGES ON SUCTION AND LIQUID LINES

  4. ALL 4 VALVES CLOSED EXTRA HOSE WHITE RECEIVER SETTING UP RECOVERY UNIT

  5. RECOVERY UNIT OFF OPEN OPEN OPEN EXTRA HOSE WHITE CLOSED RECEIVER WHEN THESE STEPS ARE COMPLETE … PURGE HOSES AND TURN ON RECOVERY UNIT

  6. RECOVERY UNIT ON OPEN OPEN OPEN EXTRA HOSE WHITE SLOWLY OPEN THE FRONT ACCESS HANDLE … KEEP THE RECOVERY UNIT PRESSURE BELOW 50 PSIG AS IT RUNS…RUN UNTIL THE SYSTEM IS EMPTY RECEIVER RECOVERY UNIT ON

  7. RECOVERY UNIT OFF CLOSE 0 PSI 0 PSI CLOSE CLOSE EXTRA HOSE WHITE CLOSED RECEIVER WHEN THE SYSTEM IS EMPTY…… 1. CLOSE OFF ALL GAUGE HANDLES .. 2. TURN OFF REC UNIT 3. CLOSE OFF CYLINDER VALVE

  8. CLOSE 0 PSI 0 PSI CLOSE WHITE CLOSED RECEIVER TRIPLE EVACUATE … CONNECT WHITE HOSE TO VACUUM PUMP

  9. CLOSE 0 PSI 0 PSI CLOSE WHITE CLOSED RECEIVER TRIPLE EVACUATE … TURN ON VACUUM PUMP … OPEN THE VACUUM PUMP ACCESS VALVE

  10. CLOSE 0 PSI 0 PSI CLOSE WHITE OPEN RECEIVER OPEN THE FRONT ACCESS GAUGE VALVE

  11. 30” OPEN OPEN WHITE OPEN RECEIVER OPEN THE SIDE ACCESS GAUGE VALVES … LET RUN UNTIL COMPOUND GAUGE SHOWS DEEP VACUUM

  12. 30” CLOSE CLOSE WHITE OPEN RECEIVER CLOSE THE SIDE ACCESS GAUGE VALVES … SEE IF VACUUM HOLDS…IF NOT…GO LONGER

  13. PURGE HOSE 30” CLOSE CLOSE OPEN WHITE CLOSE RECEIVER WHEN IT HOLDS, (CLOSE THE ACCESS VALVE ON THE V-PUMP)..SET UP A CYLINDER TO BREAK THE VACUUM WITH REFRIGERANT OR NITROGEN

  14. CRACK UNTIL 0 PSI CRACK UNTIL 0 PSI 0 PSI 0 PSI OPEN WHITE OPEN RECEIVER ONCE AT 0 PSI ON BOTH GAUGES … EVACUATE AGAIN

  15. 30” OPEN OPEN WHITE OPEN RECEIVER GET SYSTEM BACK TO A 30” VACUUM

  16. PURGE HOSE 30” CLOSE CLOSE WHITE CLOSE RECEIVER WHEN IT HOLDS, (CLOSE THE ACCESS VALVE ON THE V-PUMP)..SET UP A CYLINDER AGAIN TO BREAK THE VACUUM WITH REFRIGERANT OR NITROGEN

  17. CRACK UNTIL 0 PSI CRACK UNTIL 0 PSI 0 PSI 0 PSI OPEN WHITE OPEN RECEIVER ONCE AT 0 PSI ON BOTH GAUGES … EVACUATE AGAIN

  18. 30” CLOSE CLOSE WHITE CLOSE RECEIVER GET SYSTEM BACK TO A 500 MICRON VACUUM...(CLOSE OFF ALL VALVES AND V-PUMP HANDLE BEFORE TURNING IT OFF)

  19. UPSIDE DOWN CYLINDER PURGE HOSE 30” CLOSED CLOSED WHITE OPEN CLOSED RECEIVER SETTING UP FOR CHARGING THE SYSTEM

  20. UPSIDE DOWN CYLINDER 50 PSI 50 PSI CRACK SLOWLY CLOSED WHITE OPEN OPEN RECEIVER OPEN FRONT ACCESS VALVE ON GAUGES…SLOWLY CRACK THE HIGH SIDE HANDLE SO LIQUID CAN FLOW INTO THE HIGH SIDE (JUST BREAK THE VACUUM)

  21. UPSIDE DOWN CYLINDER 50 PSI 50 PSI CLOSED!!! CLOSED WHITE OPEN OPEN RECEIVER WHEN READY TO TURN ON SYSTEM…BE SURE HIGH SIDE GAUGE HANDLE IS CLOSED … TURN ON SYSTEM

  22. UPSIDE DOWN CYLINDER 3 PSI 75 PSI CLOSED!!! CLOSED WHITE OPEN OPEN RECEIVER RUNNING WHEN READY TO TURN ON SYSTEM…BE SURE HIGH SIDE GAUGE HANDLE IS CLOSED … TURN ON SYSTEM

  23. UPSIDE DOWN CYLINDER CRACK SLOWLY CLOSED!!! WHITE OPEN OPEN RECEIVER RUNNING SLOWLY CRACK THE LOW SIDE HANDLE …. USING THE AMBIENT TEMP, AMMETER, SUBCOOLING AND / OR SUPERHEAT….CHECK THE CHARGE AS YOU GO….THAT’S IT
