  3. Enter The Fund Number in the Account Field and Choose Find Account

  4. Full Fund Name Will Appear, Click Accept

  5. Professional Fund Account Service Date Patient Name

  6. Professional Fund Account Procedure Amount

  7. Click on Column Heading to Sort

  8. To Find Detail about Transaction Click on Transaction Detail Tab

  9. Procedures • 5 digit code is a CPT • 8023 - Weekly adjustment to account

  10. To Find Charges for Specific Patient, Choose Advanced from Restrictions Menu

  11. Enter Patient and Click Accept

  12. Now Only Charges for that Patient will Display
