  1. Saguaros! Now that we have our topic-what next? What do I know about my topic? -I know that saguaros can get very large. -I know that they can survive a long time without much water. -I know that they have big pods that grow off the top of them. -I know some have arms.

  2. What do I want to know about Saguaros? • How big can they get? Height? Weight? • Where do they store the water? How much do they need? • What are the pods for? Can they be eaten? • How do the arms grow? Why do they have different amounts of arms?
