  1. Mrs. Monacelli`s Class Week of March 17th What we did this week: We learned all about St. Patrick`s Day We learned about Leprechauns and the tricks that they play on others. A Leprechaun visited our room in search of his gold and messed everything up….he didn’t even see his gold in our room, but we got to keep it! The children made shamrocks with their handprints, they made rainbows with watercolors and clouds with cotton balls. We got to read a story on the Smartboard about a leprechaun and take attendance one more on their as well. We learned the letter X, which is a hard letter to made words with and the number 14. Reminders/ Important Class Info Movie Night tonight! I am chaperoning!!!!! Permission Slips for the Betty Brinn Field Trip is due By Friday, March 28th. Spaghetti Dinner Auction, next Thursday, come and eat and bid on some great ideas. An added bonus, I will be scooping ice cream! Parent/Teacher Conferences are coming up on April 3rd-information will be coming home on Monday.
