  3. Membership Update • Annual membership deadline 12/3 • Annual membership $35 includes t-shirt • Alumni support of students at TCYS • Currently we have about 50 families

  7. Fundraising Update • Side of Beef/Pork Sales $3044.00 • GOAL $20,000! • Drawing –Chapter Show, Dec. 14th • Pet Shot Clinic: $2,950 vs. $2,500 (Fall 2012) • Served over 186 pets in 2 hours!! • Many thanks to everyone who help make this a great success!!

Spirit/Sponsor Wear Update • Sponsor shirts are here, pick your shirt up tonight! • If you solicited a business sponsor, please get the shirt for the company tonight so you can deliver to them before the chapter show. • Two families had problems with their order- Barefoot should have contacted you. • All Spirit wear is in and here at school excluding the 4 red dri-fit shirts.

  12. TCYS Update – Misc • RV Committee Chair (Lisa Houston) • Sign-up list for those interested RV rental • Research group rates at RV rental and TCYS • Send email out to those signed up • Herdsmanship (Michelle Greer) • Work w/ teachers to document TCYS cleanup schedule

TCYS – Buyers Letters • During Christmas break • Each child should send personal letters buyers asking for their support at TCYS auction • A personal or business connection to buyers is helpful • i.e. You are a Direct Propane customer or attended Ronny Smith Memorial fundraiser • Google “TCYS Buyers” to find list of top buyer in past years
