What is the purpose of an FFA Alumni Organized group of FFA supporters Booster Club for the FFA Purpose is to support the current FFA members and promote the program Alumni can assist with chapter activities Provide knowledge and resources Keep adults excited and informed about the FFA program and agriculture

  3. FR FFA Alumni History • Chartered in 1997 • 25 original members (4 Lifetime Members) • Offered adult classes in the beginning • Attempted to reorganize in 2001 • National – 50,307 members • Ohio – 3566 members in 90 affiliates

What’s In It For You? • Be part of a group of people who share similar interests and a passion for agriculture • Be part of an organization that many FR young people take a great deal of pride in • Help current FFA members succeed • Socialize with other FFA Alumni • Agricultural Tours • Adult Education Sessions and Guest Speakers

  6. Benefits to the FFA Chapter • Assisting with FFA activities • Chaperoning trips • Participating in fundraising events • Coaching, judging, or assisting with skills contests • Serving as guest speakers • Serve as a link to businesses and the community • And Much More!
