Communicate, Communicate, Communicate…. • Email Addresses and Home Addresses Updated. • Generic email sent out in September 2013, letter issued. • Follow up posters, second email, newsletter, Town hall Meetings, department meetings. • Davidson Asset Management Workshops – People’s Pension Video; you can opt out; you will be able to claim the money from outside the UK.   4. 1st November 2013 • No surprises, everybody got the relevant information. • Majority of employees were automatically enrolled. Only 5% opted out. • Fourth hospitality – generate letters automatically once trigger hit or for new starters after 12 weeks.
