  3. Week 2 複習 • 作業問題說明： • 執行後沒有製令單： • 原因規劃內容之英文字母沒有全部大寫！ • 機台沒有產生負荷： • 原因規劃時間輸入有問題 • 原因訂單的產品數量太少 • 沒有機台超出產能： • 原因輸入資訊有問題，如製程、BOM表 • 原因訂單不足以讓機台產能超載 E-Business Lab, IM, NTUST

  4. 1/4 訂單生產規劃的安排 • 生產開始時間(PST)的計算 • Backward Schedule(由後向前排)： • 最遲開始生產時間 Latest Possible Start Time (LPST) • LPST= Due Date – (Setup + Run + Cool Down) E-Business Lab, IM, NTUST

  6. 3/4 訂單生產規劃的安排 • Forward Schedule(由前向後排)： • 最早開始生產時間 Earliest Possible Start Time (EPST) • EPST= max (server start date ,material availability date) • 系統預設PST= later of (EPST,LPST)，reduces WIP by not releasing the mfg order too early. E-Business Lab, IM, NTUST
