  3. Peace with the World He Himself is our Peace Eph 2:14 • Peace with the Body • God is Peace • Peace with Yourself • Peace with a Holy God

Ephesians 2:14-18 14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, 15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace,

  5. Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. EASILY DESTROYED 2 Th 3:16 What is PEACE? Peace is the sense of calm and tranquility and quietness and bliss and contentment and well being that you feel when you believe that everything is well.

  7. Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. What is Biblical PEACE? The attitude of the heart and mind that calmly confidently believes and thus knows that all is well between the soul and God. And He is lovingly in control of my life in time and eternity.

  9. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.

  10. Approaches to Peace World Approach Biblical Approach • Receive (Negative) • Avoidance • Absence of Trouble • Quiet rest • Affected by Circumstances • Initiates (Positive) • Attacks • Everything good • Quiet Goodness • Affects Circumstances

  23. Philippians 4:7And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. It is the peace that says My God shall supply all your needs.

  24. Philippians 4:7And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. It is the peace that doesn't make sense in the midst of the circumstances because it is a peace that isn't based on circumstances.

  25. Philippians 4:7And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. It can't be figured out on a human level, it's divine supernatural peace.

  26. Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace.
