  1. Joseph Girouard Dedicates Time to Ongoing Mission Trips Joseph Girouard is the owner of a popular real estate company. Prior to real estate, he served four years in the Navy within the Intelligence community. He learned the latest techniques in real estate marketing from a progressive company. He worked for a national real estate auction firm where he coordinated marketing and administrative services in over $33 million in sales during a single auction. Joseph started his career in real estate shortly thereafter in 1993. He has been consistently in the top 10 of New York’s real estate teams and number 1 agent for his 17 years there. He obtained his Broker license in 2010. In January 2017, Joseph opened his own Brokerage company. Joseph Girouard dedicates time to ongoing mission trips. He has helped children in Honduras and Moldova, and supports various other ministries with his church and nonprofits, CERI, Organ Donation, Child Fund and many other organizations he finds are important. After living in Virginia, Scotland, Florida, California and Illinois, Joseph Girouard chose New York to be his permanent home after falling in love with the big city that has small town hospitality. Joseph lives with his wife. His free time is often spent in his yard, making things from scratch and exercising. When able he enjoys spending time at his lake house with family and friends. To unwind and keep things in perspective, Joseph loves to work in his garden, read, fish and cook.
