  15. LossPreventionand Claims Noteveryriskwewriteissurveyed,however,whenneededournetworkofrisk surveyors areable toworkwithourclientstomanageandreducerisk. Surveyorsareonoccasion appointedtovisit theclient todiscusspossibleimprovements inriskmanagement. Ifaclaim doesoccurwehaveadedicatedclaimsteam,whohaveaproventrackrecord ofsettling alltypesoflosses,fromthesmalltothelargeandcomplex.
