  1. what is science? Science is the systematic pursuit of knowledge through observation, experimentation, and reasoning. It involves studying the natural world and its phenomena to understand the principles that govern the universe. Scientists use a methodical approach, called the scientific method, to form hypotheses, test them through experiments, collect data, and analyze results to draw conclusions. Science is divided into various branches, including: ● Physical sciences (such as physics and chemistry), which study matter, energy, and the fundamental forces of nature. ● Life sciences (such as biology and ecology), which focus on living organisms and ecosystems. ● Earth sciences (such as geology and meteorology), which explore the Earth’s physical structure and processes. ● Social sciences (such as psychology and sociology), which examine human behavior and societies. Ultimately, science helps improve our understanding of the world, enables technological advancements, and provides solutions to complex challenges in areas like health, the environment, and technology.
