    3. Hall Rental Insurance 2011 The What, The When, The Why, and The How of it all The Why It is required by Moose International. The first $500,000 is not covered under the Risk Pool when the claim arises from a Hall Rental. This shifts the losses from claims arising from such rentals from the Risk Pool (coverage paid for by all Lodges) to those Lodges that are directly benefiting from the Rentals. The Risk Pool is intended to only cover Fraternal activities and not private events or rentals for non-Moose functions.

Hall Rental Insurance 2011 The What, The When, The Why, and the How of it all The How Coverage is purchased by applying on-line at www.aonline.aon.com using the User ID: FraternalOrder and the Password: Mooseheart#1. Applications can be made 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The Application must be made and payment mailed prior to the event. If the event is to take place within the next 30 days, payments should be mailed within 24 hours of making the application, but no later than prior to start of the event if it is a same day application. Payments should not be mailed more than 30 days in advance of the event. The payment should be made by either certified check or by Lodge check made payable to Swett and Crawford. Personal checks from the renter should not be sent to AON. The certified check for Lodge check should include your Lodge number and the date of the Rental.
