    3. 3 New Manufacturing Paradigm “Draft” B/P along with the Three Rivers MTC has been worked on by a volunteer Task Force for approx. 18-months & has identified the RML facility to become a “Center of Excellence” Why now? Identify Purpose Lab is setup as a Not-for-Profit 501(c)(3) Corp. Basic Governance of Operations Board of Directors Operations Technicians
