  1. WHAT IS MOH LICENSING? HOW WILL I GET A MOH LICENSE?

  2. MOH licensing is official permit given to the healthcare professionals to keep a medical practice in UAE. In order to get the license, they need to get through the exam conducted by Ministry of Health and Prevention in UAE. Healthcare professionals can make the only total of three attempts to pass the examination, after that they won’t be allowed to apply for MOH licensing.

  3. How to get MOH license? To get MOH license, eligibility test needs to be cleared. But before registering for the MOH exam certificate verification procedures should be clear, and other verifications like Credential and Data flow with the specified emirate which you are going to choose.

  4. All the certificates of healthcare professionals need to be granted by recognized universities which are listed in WHO. • All certificates i.e. degree, post-graduation and experience certificates should be attested • On all certificates should be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affair from your country • All original certificates should be submitted for the evaluation. • Previous experience certificates, internship certificates, should also submit to the MOH department, before the eligibility test.

  5. Conduct certificate needs to submit from the Health Authority in the Country of Origin, then based on the conduct certificate they will issue the License with a seal from the Ministry of Foreign Affair. • The above all requirements should be fulfilled by the healthcare professionals, if not means, they will not be allowed for the MOH license eligibility test. • In MOH eligibility test, there won’t be an oral test, the healthcare professionals will have to attend for Prometric Online Exam which will be held throughout the world.

  6. Healthcare professionals should give only three attempts for the MOH exam. The final attempt should be made after a year from the last examination date. If the healthcare professional is failed for the fourth time also, the admission will be canceled. So he/she can’t get the MOH license to do practice in UAE. • Without any excuses or exemptions, a candidate should provide all the above-required documents and certificates before attending the eligibility test.

  7. If the healthcare professional who won’t provide any of the document or didn’t have any required experience or qualified degree, he/she need to acquire the degree and resubmit the documents once again and apply for the MOH eligibility test. By following all the above-said requirements, healthcare professionals will get the MOH license within a very short time.
