Kilpatrick, fresh and chilli accompanied with two fresh king prawns. Roasted Butternut pumpkin soup Roasted Butternut pumpkin soup Slow roasted pumpkin with a hint of nutmeg and pepper with a side of bread. Vegetarian Tart Vegetarian Tart Tart shells filled with Mediterranean vegetables, crumbed fetta and coated with a balsamic glaze Mains Mains Christmas Roast Christmas Roast A medley of traditional Christmas roasts, pork, ham and turkey with roasted chat potatoes, pumpkin, honey glazed baby carrots and a red wine gravy. Eye Fillet Eye Fillet 250 g eye fillet cooked medium. Served on a creamy potato mash with an accompaniment of seasonal greens and a red wine jus. Grilled Barramundi Grilled Barramundi A grilled barramundi fillet served on a Moroccan cous cous with mixed sautéed vegetables and a white wine Salsa Verde sauce. Vegetarian Tortellini Vegetarian Tortellini Ricotta and spinach stuffed tortellini served in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, semi dried tomatoes and a basil pesto, topped with freshly shaved parmesan.
