  1. What is so special about Fitness First? Fitness first is a mantra that is much important for the maintenance of one’s health. It is not an exaggeration to say that most of the health issues we face today are direct results of our failure to develop a fitness routine for ourselves. However, it is not much difficult to create a good fitness regime. All one needs to do is make a diet plan and start exercising daily. A good diet refers to a balanced diet that would keep the consumption of fat and unwanted calories to the minimum. In this regard, it is advisable to consult a good dietician. The job of a dietician is to study the current state of your body and accordingly, make a diet plan which would be best for you. Nowadays, finding a dietician in cities such as Dubai is not difficult at all. All you have to do is go online and search for the best dieticians around you. The second important element of a fitness routine is daily exercise. Many people argue that exercising twice or thrice a week is enough and there is not much requirement of doing it on a daily basis. However, this is definitely not something you should practice. Exercising must become a habit and not even a single day should be spent without doing it, even if it’s just for a few minutes. If you have not exercised much in life, you should start slow with cardio activities, or aerobic exercises. Preliminary cardio exercises include brisk walking, jogging or running. Now these can be practised outdoors, but indoor exercises on a treadmill has its own benefits. Running on a treadmill helps track your speed and increases your stamina. There are a large number of fitness centres in Dubai which offer facilities of cardio exercises at convenient rates. If running seems to be too tedious, you can also opt for swimming as your regular aerobic exercise to meet your fitness first goals. Regular practice of swimming tones up the muscles of the body and develops a streamline balancing power in the posture. Besides, swimming is also an enjoyable past-time.
