  7. TRUCK LOADING CONVEYOR • The Truck Loading Conveyor is useful for simple tasks like unloading or loading trucks and taking it to the first floor or plainly to move the material to any places where material needs to be moved rapidly and efficiently. • Almost all Hydraulic components are of reputed make and easily available. SPIRAL CONVEYOR • The Spiral Conveyors are designed for vertically conveying large solids, coarse-grained and fragmented bulk materials.  • Due to their high output and small footprint, such conveyors are often used in the food, retail packaging and pharmaceutical industries. • Generally joined to input and output conveyors, spiral conveyors rise around a fixed shaft encompassed by a helical track. Belt or chain conveyors are driven by motors.

SCREW CONVEYOR • Screw conveyors are conveyor systems for bulk materials that are based on the operating principle behind Archimedes’ screw.  The conveying element in these conveyors consists of flat metal shaped into a helix (screw spiral). This helix rotates around the system’s longitudinal axis and conveys bulk material in an axial direction inside a stationary trough or tube (which simultaneously acts as a carrying element). The material being handled can be conveyed horizontally, diagonally, and vertically. • In addition, processing activities such as mixing, dewatering, and compression can be performed while the bulk material is being conveyed, and the latter can also be cooled or dried during the process. Screw conveyors feature a simple design, but are only useful for relatively short distances. Also, due to the friction exerted by the bulk material inside the screw conveyor trough, screw conveyors require significantly more power than belt conveyors and bucket elevators.

SS CONVEYOR • The SS conveyors are based on a stainless steel conveyor beam with low friction slide rails, guiding a plastic multi-flexing chain. • Each system has a wide range of modular components which simplifies assembly and installation, cuts start-up time and allows quick and easy line modifications. The entire conveyor system can easily be adapted if the production requirements are changed. Designed for easy integration with aluminum conveyor systems.
