  2. Homes • The Iroquois : longhouse • The Cherokees: had a house for the summer • The Cherokees : Wigwam for the winter • A lot of Indians : live in wigwam • Most Indians in the West: lived in wooden lodges

  3. Interesting Facts • 1.they played a game called Little War. • 2.Cherokee Indians experienced one of the most difficult journeys, know so the trail of tears. • 3. Some scientist found the figures of two people appear at the top part of this Iroquois comb, which was carved out of bone. • 4.) Eastern Woodlands got its name from the many forests that covered the land. • 5.) The forests were so thick that in some places sunlight could barely reach the ground.

  4. Way of life • 1.) Cherokees: they grew crops and hunted. • 2.) Iroquis: they grew crops and hunted.

  5. Foods • 1.) The Cherokees : They grew plants. • 2.) The Chickasaw : Hunting bear. • 3.) The Iroquois : Hunting deer . • 4.) The Catawba : fishing trout.
