St. Joseph's University, Bangalore is a premier university located in one of the world's fastest-growing cities. It was founded as a college in 1882 by the Fathers of the French Foreign Mission.<br>The college was affiliated with the University of Madras as a second-grade college, and it was later affiliated with Bangalore University in 1967. It received university status in 2021.

  2. Overview • St. Joseph's University, Bangalore is a premier university located in one of the world's fastest-growing cities. It was founded as a college in 1882 by the Fathers of the French Foreign Mission. • The college was affiliated with the University of Madras as a second-grade college, and it was later affiliated with Bangalore University in 1967. It received university status in 2021.  • St. Joseph's University, Bangalore was one of the first institutes in Karnataka to get a Research Centre in 1988. The university celebrated its 125th Anniversary in 2007. • The St. Joseph's University, Bangalore has been recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) as an Institution for Excellence.  • St. Joseph's University has also been accredited 'A++' grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

St. Joseph's University Admission Aspiring and eligible candidates can apply for St. Joseph's University courses on its official website.  St. Joseph's University admission process for most of the courses is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.  St. Joseph's University shall also conduct an interview for the eligible candidates. Eligible candidates will be notified through email or SMS for the interview process.  St. Joseph's University Scholarships St. Joseph's University offers scholarships to students belonging to an economically poor background.  Eligible students can apply for the St. Joseph's University scholarships in their 2nd or 3rd year of study.  The students will get a notification regarding the scholarship application process on their mobile number or email id and St. Joseph's University's official notice board.  Candidates are advised to keep the necessary documents handy before initiating the St. Joseph's University Scholarship.
